摘要
The fabrication of transparent porous electrodes of SnO2, TiO2 and WO3 was analyzed using a hot-stirrer, an evaporator and an oven. Inexpensive equipments, which could also be used for the metal-oxide-nanoparticle powders, were used for the fabrication process. A powerful apparatus was used to reduce the size of aggregates. The transparent porous electrodes were used for the investigation of optoelectronic devices which exchange the energy of light, electron and molecules.
