Ξ hyperon production in sulphur-gold interactions at 200 GeV/nucleon

摘要：

Results on Xi(-) and <(Xi)over bar>(+) hyperons production in S + Au collisions at 200 GeV/nucleon are presented. Particles were identified in the low transverse momentum region p(T) < 1.4 GeV/c and the rapidity interval 3.0 < y < 4.6. The values of Xi(-)/Lambda and <(Xi)over bar>(+)/<(<Lamda>)over bar> ratios are compared with those previously measured in other experiments in different phase-space regions.
