摘要
(Figure Presented) Olefin-containing amino acids have been genetically introduced into proteins in Saccharomyces cerevisiae by orthogonal tRNA/aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase pairs. These nonnatural amino acids can be used for selective protein modification through olefin metathesis reactions. © 2010 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA.
