摘要
A study was conducted to investigate the formation of perforated block copolymer vesicles, with a highly folded membrane in solutions. Electron microscopy was used to analyze the internal structure of the copolymer vesicles formed in the solutions. It was observed that the block copolymer in mixture of N,N'-dimethylformamide and water generated compound vesicles, whose cross section was a honeycomb structure. It was also found that the honeycomb structure was formed due to the collision and fusion of simple vesicles. The holes of the internal structures were arranged inside the vesicles and the samples were embedded into epoxy resin and microtomed, to identify their arrangement. Transmission electron microscopic images of one slice and some selected images from different slices were taken to find out particles with internal structures.
