摘要
In this article the authors offer a way out of the circular debate between the positivist and anti-positivist positions in our literature. Zn the context of the critical issues of ethics, the authors raise the pragmatist alternative and suggest that this common ground might provide a place for the field to not only meet, but also a place where we can productively collaborate. The perspectives outlined in this article are what the field needs: a hopeful and productive setting for proactive scholarship.
