Time-resolved small-angle X-ray scattering studies of nanocrystal superlattice self-assembly

摘要
To date, no studies of the dynamics of superlattice self-assembly have been reported. Thus, this article discusses a study of the self-assembly of face-centered cubic (fcc) superlattice of size-monodisperse dodecanethiol stabilized silver nanocrystals. By adopting time-resolved small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), it has been possible to clarify the dynamics of superlattice self-assembly and relaxation.
