摘要
The lung is the most likely organ to be compromised during the organ donation and retrieval process. The multiorgan donor should be considered as a wholeand not as a series of separate organs. The objective in management of the multiorgan donor should be to optimize hemodynamic, ventilatory, fluid, electrolytes and endocrine status to maximize the protection and resuscitation of all organs for transplantation (Table 1).
