It is shown that the reactions e(+)e(-) --> gamma pi(0) pi(0)(pi) give a good chance for observing the scalar a(0) and f(0) mesons. In the photon energy region less than 100 MeV the vector meson contributions e(+)e(-) --> V-0 --> pi(0)V'(0) --> gamma pi(0) pi(0)(eta) are negligible in comparison with the scalar meson e(+)e(-) --> phi --> gamma f(0)(a(0)) --> gamma pi(0) pi(0)(eta) for B(phi --> gamma(f(0) + sigma) --> gamma pi pi are derived. The four-quark model, the model of the <K(K)over bar> molecule, and the <a(s)over bar> model of scalar f(0) and a(0) mesons are discussed.
