摘要
Three-dimensional microfabrication by two-photon-initiated polymerization is used to prepare poly(dimethylsiloxane) microstructures. Both radical and hydrosilylation photocuring chemistries were studied. These elastomeric structures may prove useful for modifying microfluidic channels to add a higher level of functionality or building complex microfluidic networks.
