摘要
RIDASCREEN((R)) norovirus enzyme immunoassay (EIA) detected 80.3% of norovirus-infected feces samples compared to 60.6% by IDEIA NLV GI/GII from 228 patients with no false positives by either assay. RT-PCR and electron microscopy percent sensitivity and specificity were 98.5, 100 and 36.4 and 96.9, respectively. (c) 2006 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
