Space-charge effect in vacuum-evaporated phthalocyanine films

摘要
Space-charge-limited conductivity in thin vacuum-evaporated cc-form copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) films with columnar molecular structure perpendicular to the substrate plane was investigated. The shape of current-voltage characteristics and the density-of-states function (DOS) were strongly influenced by adsorbed oxygen. Oxygen formed hole traps distributed in energy about 0.38 eV deep.
