摘要
Tip-top electrode: A conductive cantilever tip that acts as an electrode permits proton conductivity measurements through a Nafion membrane with a resolution of ≈ 10 nm. The figure shows a spatially resolved electrochemical atomic force microscopy (EC-AFM) image of the proton conductivity of a Nafion 112 membrane, recorded at an applied voltage of -1.55 V and a relative humidity of 35%. © 2007 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
