摘要
Selected compositions in the Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O-3-Pb(Fe1/2Nb1/2)O-3 ferroelectric system, with the perovskite structure, were synthesized in order to examine the frequency-and composition-dependent dielectric characteristics, in terms of phase development, dielectric relaxation, Curie temperatures, and maximum dielectric constants. To suppress the development of undesirable pyrochlore phase(s), crystallographic B-site precursors were used, which resulted in the synthesis of monophase perovskite powders throughout the pseudo-binary system.
