摘要
Textured p-type (Bi,Sb)(2)Te-3 has been fabricated through zone melting and spark plasma sintering (SPS) techniques. The optimal figure of merit (ZT) of the sintered materials reached 1.15, which was about 115% of that of the zone-melted ingot material. The bending strength was greatly improved (from about 10 to 80MPa). (C) 2004 Acta Materialia Inc. Published by Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
