摘要：

Conjugate reduction of alkynones by stoichiometric [(Ph3P)CuH](6) or catalytic [(Ph3P)CuH](6) and polymethylhydrosiloxane proceeds to cyclization by an aldol reaction with tethered ketones to generate beta-hydroxyenones with good diastereoselectivity.
