摘要
A Nd:GdVO4 crystal was grown by the Czochralski method and the laser output at 1.34 mum was performed under the pumping source of laser diode (LD); up to 4.82 W laser output power at 1.34 mum was obtained. When a KTiOPO4 (KTP) crystal was used as an intracavity frequency double crystal, red laser output at 671 nm up to 340 mW was obtained at room temperature. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V.
