摘要
We develop here the principle of an experiment whose purpose is the measurement of the atomic recoil velocity. The ratio h/M-X, where h is the Planck constant and M-X the atomic mass, and then the fine structure constant alpha, can be deduced from this measurement. A high precision measurement of the recoil velocity should lead to a determination of alpha of metrological interest.
