摘要
The lattice-parameter variations Deltad/d of three pyrolytic graphite monochromator crystals with mosaic spread of 0.4degrees (ZYA), 1.2degrees (ZYD) and 3.5degrees (ZYH) were measured by means of the novel high-resolution Larmor diffraction technique. The distribution functions f(Deltad/d) for these samples can be described as a sum of two Gaussians with typical half widths at half maximum of 2 x 10(-4) and I X 10(-3), where the narrower component has a relative weight of about 80%.
