The calculations of the time-dependent reactor-antineutrino energy spectrum are presented. Some problems associated with sensitive searches for the neutrino magnetic moment and neutrino oscillations in a reactor-antineutrino flux are considered. (C) 2003 MAIK "Nauka/Interperiodica".
