摘要
Large-scale, high-purity and uniform beta-AgVO3 nanoribbon bundles were prepared. These bundles were single-crystalline with length up to hundreds of micrometers. X-ray powder diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy were employed to characterize the morphology and structure of the as-prepared products. The conductivity of a single nanoribbon was determined as 2.8 x 10(-3) S cm(-1) at room temperature, which was higher than the reported values of silver ionic conductor compounds.
