摘要
A considerable body of evidence now implicates albumin and other filtered proteins in the pathogenesis of tubulointerstitial disease in the glomerulonephritides. Manipulation of the cell signalling and proinflammatory effects of albumin on PTC may prove an effective approach to therapy of progressive renal disease.
