摘要：

1:1 intermediate generated by the addition of cyclohexyl isocyanide to dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, undergoes facil addition to 1-benzylisatin and tryptantrin to afford highly functionalized novel unsaturated gamma-spiroiminolactones in moderate to high yields.
