摘要
The inducible transcription factor NF-kappa B plays a central role in the regulation of many immune and inflammatory responses. Advances in our knowledge of the signaling mechanisms that control the activation of NF-kappa B and recent insights into the nature of the I kappa B-kinase represent significant steps forward in understanding this important signaling pathway.
