摘要
The effect of molecular orientation of epitaxially grown platinum(II) octaethyl porphyrin films on the performance of field-effect transistors was studied. The planar molecules and needle-like molecules were grown epitaxially in order to fabricate photovoltaic devices or electroluminescent devices for highly polarized light emission from oriented light-emitting molecules. The growth of organic molecular crystals with a well-ordered structure was an effective way to realize high performance devices.
