摘要
After reviewing current scales of career-related self-efficacy we present a new scale that taps general occupational self-efficacy. The six item scale was developed as part of a longitudinal study on career development among university graduates. Reliability and validity indicators were analyzed in a sample of N = 1500 university graduates and tested in a second sample of N = 430 graduates. The scale is one-factorial (48.2% of variance). It shows good convergent and discriminant validity and the validation with respect to external criteria is satisfactory. The results were replicated in the second sample.
