摘要
A type of plasmachemical reactor for the surface treatment of polymeric monofilaments at atmospheric pressure is developed. In the reactor, a thin layer of low temperature plasma is generated in the close vicinity of the monofil surface. This results in high values of the power deposited on the monofil surface, energetic efficiency, and high processing speeds.
