摘要：

The knowledge of the clinical features of obsessive-compulsive disorder has expanded significantly in the past 15 years. The current state of knowledge of the clinical presentation of obsessive-compulsive disorder is reviewed. The phenomenologic heterogeneity of obsessive-compulsive disorder, its comorbidity with other Axis I and Axis II syndromes, and their relationship to the possible subtypes of the disorder are presented.
