摘要
A simple, fast and sensitive new method for the determination of 1,4-dioxane traces in food additives is reported. The matrix effect and column contamination was reduced by means of using thermal desorption-gas chromatography with a submicro-particle packed column. The chromatographic conditions were optimized by means of two methods - orthogonal test and artificial neural networks (ANN). The detection limit was 0.05 similar to 0.10 mg/kg, the linear range was large, and the correlation coefficient was 0.99. The method is suitable for quality control in food production and surveillance. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
