摘要
For the electrical simulation of all printed polymer circuits an AIM-SPICE model was developed, which is based on an a-silicon approach. By fitting the parameters to the behaviour of our polymer devices, we obtain a model, which allows to model all-printed polymer transistors and circuits. (c) 2007 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
