摘要
In recent years, substantial progress Iras been made towards understanding the molecular basis for CDS binding to class I MHC and the coreceptor's role in cytotoxic T-cell activation, Here, we review th structural, mechanistic and functional studies that point to a model of coordination of T-cell receptor and CDS signaling that might provide the key to cytotoxic T-cell activation.
