摘要
The series of the half-Heusler compounds, NiZrSn1-xSbx (x = 0-0.28), has been prepared and the various physical properties, such as the elastic modulus, Debye temperature, and electrical resistivity, have been evaluated. The relationships between several properties of the compounds have also been studied. Young's modulus of NiZrSn1-xSbx decreases with increasing x value. The relationship between the average sound velocity and lattice thermal conductivity shows some correlation. (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V All rights reserved.
