摘要
数字PCR作为第三代PCR检测技术,无需校准物和绘制标准曲线即可实现对样品初始浓度的绝对定量,具有高灵敏度、高特异性和高精确度的特点;已被广泛应用于遗传病、癌症、传染病的诊断和拷贝数变异、突变检测、转基因检测等方面的研究。本文对数字PCR技术的发展、原理、数据分析做了介绍,并对数字PCR技术在国门生物安全领域的研究进展和应用前景做了介绍和论述。
