摘要
The photoelectron emission threshold energies of Fe(II) and Co(II) complexes in aqueous solutions have been determined. The values could be successfully used for obtaining the reorganization energies in the one-electron oxidation reaction of these complexes. The obtained reorganization energies were found to be correlated with the rate constants of the electron-self-exchange reactions of Fe(II)/Fe(III) and Co(II)/Co(III).
