At zero temperature a (phi-3)6 theory is perturbatively stable in the cubic coupling constant, g, if the mass squared is positive, m2 > 0. At nonzero temperature there is a critical temperature T(cr) above which perturbative stability is lost. In weak coupling, T(cr) = (180/pi)1/4m/square-root g
