摘要
Although the effect of analogs on in vivo systems can be difficult to interpret due to action on more than 1 metabolic pathway, the increasin availability of custom built analogs may provide the means to study cellular reactions with greater specificity than previously possible. In higher plants, analogs have been extensively used to determine specificity of enzyme reactions, particularly those involved in protein synthesis.
