摘要
The activation of the secretory pathway for the amyloid protein precursor (APP) by phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate in human glioblastoma A-172 cells leads to a decrease in intracellular β-amyloidogenic fragments derived from APP. The result suggests that a metabolic switch of APP from theendosomal/lysosomal pathway to a secretion route occurs after PMA treatment. © 1993 Academic Press, Inc.
