摘要
Using high-purity alpha-cristobalite powder compacted into grains of 0.5-1.0 mm or into lumps of approximately 1 cm in diameter, hydrothermal synthesis was achieved for (i) high-purity quartz crystals above 1000 atm (ii) quartz crystals below 200 atm and (iii) micro quartz crystals of relatively uniform ranging of average 100 gm(parallel-to C axis) and 60 Am (perpendicular-to C axis).
