摘要
The quantitative study of surface wave propagation in a new class of printed-circuit antennas named chirostrip* antennas dagger is given. It is shown that by using lossless chiral materials as substrates of such antennas, surface wave power can be significantly reduced. This design will provide a promising solution for highly efficient, wideband printed-circuit antennas.
