摘要
Chronopotentiometric analysis is a novel method of measuring substrate concentrations with oxidoreductase electrodes. In contrast to conventional enzymatic potentiometric measurements where the analytical signal is due to a potential difference of redoxactive species, in enzyme chronopotentiometry the potential of the working electrode as a function of time is studied during two galvanostatic steps. The application of this technique to the determination of hydrogen peroxide with a peroxidase electrode is presented.
