摘要
The pH-stat technique has been used to study the influence of polyelectrolytes on the precipitation of amorphous calcium phosphate (ACP) from moderately supersaturated solutions at pH 7.5 and temperatures ranging from 25 to 37°C. The polyelectrolytes studied were: homopolymers of acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, acrylamide, diallyldimethylammonium chloride, benzene polycarboxylic acids, tricarballylic acid and citric acid. The results indicate that the precipitation of ACP is proceeded by an induction period. Temperature changes, polyelectrolyte concentration, molecular weight and polyelectrolyte composition greatly affect the duration of the induction period. A mechanism based upon a surface adsorption model has been proposed to explain the marked effect on the initial induction period by the polyelectrolytes. © 1990.
