摘要
The large multiplicity of scaling laws which almost fit the data is associated with the near degeneracy of the data covariance matrix. The traditional analysis assumes that only discharge to discharge variations are important. Using Swamy's random coefficient model, tokamak to tokamak variations are included in the statistical analysis. © 1990 IOP Publishing Ltd.
