摘要
The electrical conductivity of disordered systems in the non-ohmic regime has been calculated using the Green function formalism of Movaghar et al. The isotropic and directed hopping cases are treated. For the temperature-related behaviour, we find as particular cases the Mott 1/4 and the 1/2 laws, and for the electrical-field-related behaviour, we find a general form that agrees with expressions in the literature.
