摘要
Nanocrystalline alloys with grain sizes of about 10-15 nm are prepared in the Ti-Si system by mechanical alloying of elemental powders and in the Nb-Al system by ball milling of the intermetallic compounds Nb3Al and Nb2Al. The results can be understood by considering the thermodynamic functions of the nanocrystalline phases and of the amorphous phase, which have been calculated by the CALPHAD method.
