摘要
The fundamentals of Xe-129 n.m.r. spectroscopy and of H-1 n.m.r. diffusion measurements to localize deposits of carbonaceous compounds on zeolites are presented. In particular, it is demonstrated that both n.m.r. methods make it possible to distinguish unambiguously between the location of these deposits in the intercrystalline pore system and on the external surface of the crystallites. In the first experiments with A zeolites, it is shown by both techniques as well as by complementary adsorption measurements that the carbonaceous compounds are deposited mainly as a layer on the external surface of the crystallites.
