摘要
A full assignment of the 60-degrees-C C-13 NMR spectrum for the reduced form of a repeat unit beta-linked tetrasaccharide derived by keratanase digestion from keratan sulphate, GlcNAc(6SO4)beta1-3Gal(6SO4)beta1-4GlcNAc(6SO4)beta1-3Gal-ol, was achieved via two-dimensional C/H correlation and H-1 COSY experiments, and a complete first-order analysis of the 600 MHz proton spectrum. Partial C-13 assignments for two fucosylated keratan sulphate pentasccharides derived using hydrazinolysis and nitrous acid treatment are discussed.
