摘要
Potential theory Green functions for multi-layer systems with anisotropic dielectric permeability are found. The effect of boundary conditions on the potential and exciton energy properties is studied. In three-layer systems the decrease in thickness of dielectric layers with electrode-covered outer surfaces results in the decrease of the absolute value of exciton ground state energy. In five-layer systems the decrease in thickness of dielectric layers which are bounded by vacuum causes an increase of the absolute value of exciton ground state energy.
