摘要
A supramolecular. bilayer assembly, composed of a cationic peptide lipid having an L-histidyl residue, a hydrophobic pyridoxamine derivative, and copper(II) ions, performed substrate-selective catalysis as a vitamin B-6-dependent artificial aminotransferase to transform alpha-keto acids into the corresponding alpha-amino acids in an enantiomeric excess of the D-isomer.
