摘要
The electrolytic growth of poly(3-methylthiophene) on thin sprayed CdS(Al) films leads to a Schottky type junction whose built-in potential was found to be 1.05 V by impedance measurements. The effect of CdS film thickness confirms earlier results at the CdS spray/electrolyte interface, and shows that photocurrent maximum corresponds to a maximum in the variation of the factor alpha/N(D)1/2 versus thickness, where alpha is the absorption coefficient and N(D) the carrier density of CdS.
