摘要
Effect of transition metals (3d, 4d and 5d) on the saturation magnetostriction of the amorphous Co-Zr thin films has been reported. Investigated films were deposited by rf sputtering. Magnetostriction constant lambda(s) was measured at room temperature using the strain modulated ferromagnetic resonance method. The substitution of transition metals as Ti, Nb, Pt for Zr decreases the value of lambda(s) and even change its sign. No correlations have been found between lambda(s) and saturation magnetization for all investigated alloys.
