摘要：

The use of solid-phase reactors in unsegmented continuous-flow methodologies as applied to the determination of pharmaceuticals is critically reviewed. The types of reagents, immobilization strategies, and the function of the bed-reactor are discussed. The review is confined to the analysis of pharmaceuticals in formulations and in biological samples.
